Created specifically to support the implementation of the UNICEF Baby-Friendly Hospital Initiative™ in the United States, this curriculum is designed to support all of the Initiative's Ten Steps to Successful Breastfeeding, but specifically Step 2: "Train all health care staff in skills necessary to implement this policy." This course is structured in 16 modules totaling 23.4 hours of continuing education (10 CMEs for Physicians), which can be completed at the your own pace. The modules are interspersed with interactive quizzes, which measure your understanding of the subject matter as you move through the course.. After completion of the course, you can print out a completion transcript which certifies your earned CEUs.
